Through sustainable agriculture, smallholder farmers have been able to sustain natural resources, increase agricultural productivity and earn a premium price for their quality produce. This keeps raising the farmers’ household income that is reinvested in health, education, and food.
For this reason, sustainable agriculture helps to build sustainable livelihoods.
