The Agroecology and Agrobiodiversity Training Course (AATC) is a capacity development program targeting undergraduate students in their third year. It is a direct response to the global food crisis and an expressed demand for field exposure and hands-on experience of university undergraduate students in agroecology and agrobiodiversity discourse.
The training will be held at the Department of Land Resource Management and Agricultural Technology of the University of Nairobi and field sites in Kenya from August 14th to September 9th 2022.
The training is jointly organized by the University of Nairobi, the Intersectoral Forum on Agrobiodiversity and Agroecology (ISFAA), NutriProduce Limited and partner institutions with financial support from the Biovision Foundation.
